our first meeting that features online registration. Please contact
Tim Dotson, President-Elect if
you have problems getting registered.
We are moving to online registration
to reduce the time our volunteer CFHIMSS board members spend writing
receipts and maintaining attendee lists. We ask for payment in advance
if possible, but if you cannot pay in advance, please RSVP by e-mail
to Tim Dotson.
Note:
to qualify for the reduced member registration charge, you must
be listed on the worksheet we get from HIMSS of our local members.
If you aren't sure, please contact Tim
Dotson and we'll look up your information before you pay online.
Those not on the HIMSS list must pay the non-member rate. Each attendee
must register separately so we can check you in at the door.
We must provide an attendee count
to UF Catering by September 8. We regret that we cannot
guarantee meals for anyone registering after that date. We respectfully ask that you register if attending and
attend if registering. Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
